Sam's Total Solutions LLC operates as a remodeling consultant and referral service. We do not perform construction work directly. Our service consists of:

• Consulting with you about your remodeling project
• Introducing you to one or more licensed contractors from our network
• Facilitating communication between you and contractors during the project

Any construction contract is entered into directly between you and the contractor. Sam's Total Solutions LLC is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the contractor's performance, quality of work, or any disputes arising from it.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we carefully vet the contractors in our network, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, timeline, or quality of work by any contractor we introduce. We encourage all clients to review contractor credentials independently and sign a written contract before any work begins.

3. Free Consultation

Initial consultations are provided at no cost to you. You are under no obligation to proceed with any contractor we recommend.

4. How We're Compensated

Sam's Total Solutions LLC earns a referral fee from contractors upon successful project completion. This fee is paid by the contractor, not by you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sam's Total Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the performance or non-performance of any contractor introduced through our service, or from your use of this website.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
